As wearables gain momentum, retailers are beginning to think about how best to capitalise on their growing popularity in the physical shop space. Tesco Mobile is one of the first to give a dedicated area to this new category, and they asked us to design the customer journey and POS. Our solution strikes the balance between engagement and education, with straightforward communication that makes the complex simple and encourages customers to discover this exciting new world for themselves.
