Brand development for a new bistro

Client

The Latitude Bistro is part of the Royal Fowey Yacht Club, Cornwall. 

Brief

The yacht club was planning the launch of an exciting new bistro, for which a completely new brand was required. They asked us to come up with a name for the bistro and then to develop the brand identity right through to the menu design and even the staff livery.

Solution

We jumped at the chance to work on such a great project, and set to work creating a relaxed and friendly look and feel which would work well for the lunchtime trade as well as in the evenings. The scheme we developed reflected the bistro’s beautiful setting on the River Fowey, using warm creams and deep greens and blues. We also picked up on the abundance of local produce on their doorstep, using an illustration of the native sea-trout as a theme for place settings and signage.
