Brief
Tesco asked us to review all of the in-store customer communications for their Phone Shop.
Solution
After conducting a full strategic review, we suggested options for restructuring the various customer touchpoints. We reworked all communications (from permanent navigation and educational messaging through to special promotions), clearly and simply communicating the right information at the right points of the customer journey. We also redeveloped the shop fascia and internal walls to create a stronger sense of destination.
Result
We created a new-look Phone Shop to rival its high street competitors.
