When Freesat were poised to launch their newest and most exciting TV Boxes to date, they commissioned us to design the packaging, as well as the retail comms for the launch in store and online.
When it comes to pack, research told us that customers want simplicity and excitement. We art directed product photography to create maximum impact, and devised clean and bold designs. Helping a new audience to understand just what they were buying into was key, so we used icons to call out key features and engaging copy to get them excited.
For launch, we art directed a lifestyle photoshoot, creating imagery for use across all channels. We also created a POS kit for Currys PC World stores to complement the packaging, and a brand page for their website to entice customers into the world of Freesat.
With 3 out of 4 SKUs selling out in the first week, it’s fair to say that this is a launch that ticked all the right boxes.
