Turning up the volume on value
With a new price investment strategy in place, M&S Food wanted to challenge price perceptions and get customers to reappraise them for the weekly shop. Our response was ‘Remarksable Value’.
With ‘Remarksable Value’, we delivered a brand new – and totally ownable – name, positioning and identity which M&S Food could use to highlight great prices on everyday products, with zero compromise on quality.
We launched with a campaign across press, social and digital – and then rolled out Remarksable Value across all stores nationwide where we saw an 80% sales uplift in the convenience category alone.
