There are awards for the work you do, and then there are awards for how you do it.
We’re incredibly proud to share that Whippet has been named one of Campaign’s Best Places to Work 2026, earning a spot in the top 50 companies overall.
If you’re in the advertising and marketing world, you know Campaign’s list is the gold standard for workplace culture. It recognises businesses where people don’t just show up, but genuinely thrive, feel supported, and do their absolute best work.
Why this one hits different
For us, this recognition means a lot because it comes straight from the source. The process combines an independent assessment of our leadership and policies with totally confidential employee feedback.
In other words, it’s an honest, unfiltered reflection of what it’s actually like to work at Whippet. Knowing that our team feels valued and empowered is the ultimate validation of the agency we’ve spent years trying to build.

25 years of creativity and culture
The timing couldn’t be better. This month, Whippet celebrates its 25th anniversary. (Yes, a quarter of a century!)
For two and a half decades, we’ve lived and breathed retail and hospitality - working with the likes of Greene King, Tesco Mobile, EasyJet, Marks and Spencer, Holland & Barrett, Oseyo, Sterling Home, Bensons for Beds, and so many more. We help brands create connected, engaging customer experiences at every single touchpoint.
From big-picture strategy and bold creative execution to fast-paced production and activation, we sit right at the messy, exciting intersection of retail and communication.
But retail moves at lightning speed. Client needs evolve overnight, and staying ahead requires serious creative muscle and agility. Creative & Principal Director Sean Dwyer has been steering our vision through these fast-moving retail waters since 2007, and has seen firsthand what it takes to sustain that energy:
“Having been part of Whippet for nearly two decades, I’ve seen retail trends come and go, but the one constant has been our people. Winning this award isn’t just about having great perks; it’s about the fact that we’ve managed to maintain a genuine, collaborative soul while growing into the agency we are today. That’s a massive win for the whole team.”
Teamwork, trust, and what comes next
This milestone belongs entirely to our team. Thank you for bringing your talent, your passion, and your honesty to Whippet every day. You make this place what it is.
We also want to shout out our incredible clients and partners. The best creative retail work is born from deep trust and true partnership. We are so lucky to work with ambitious brands that continue to challenge, inspire, and run alongside us.
After nearly 25 years, we’re just getting started. The retail landscape keeps changing, and we’re changing right along with it - but we will always stay fiercely protective of the people and the culture that got us here.
To close us out, Max English-Merrick, our Head of People and Operations, sums it up perfectly:
“Winning this means a lot - it’s a real reflection of the team we’ve built and the culture we’re building. We work hard to create an environment that gives people clear paths to grow and makes them feel supported every day, and it’s clearly making a difference. A lot of work goes into making Whippet a positive and inclusive place to come to work, and the feedback from the team is testament to that. We’re biased, but we really do think we’ve got the best people in the business!”
